The Full Moon invites us to pause, reflect, and honor how far we've come before rushing toward what's next.
In this guided meditation, you'll be gently led through a powerful journey of reflection, gratitude, release, and renewal. Under the symbolic light of the Full Moon, you'll take inventory of the growth you've experienced, acknowledge the lessons you've learned, and let go of the beliefs, habits, and stories that no longer align with the person you are becoming.
This meditation also includes a future-self visualization designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, deepen self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Welcome to this full moon meditation for harvesting what has grown.
Begin by finding a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, and allow your hands to rest softly.
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Again inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.
One more time, breathing in calm, breathing out tension.
Allow your body to fully settle in this space. Let yourself feel heavy. Allow your shoulders to soften. Relax your jaw. Soften the muscles around your face and your mouth. Feel the support beneath you.
There is nothing you need to do right now. There is nowhere else you need to be. Simply arrive fully here.
Imagine yourself standing beneath the light of the full moon. The sky is clear and the air is warm. The moon hangs above you, bright and luminous. its light gently pours over your body, over your shoulders, your chest, your heart, your hands, and your feet.
The light asks nothing of you, it simply illuminates.
And tonight you are invited to illuminate Your own life.
Take a breath. As you stand beneath this moonlight, begin to reflect on the past several weeks. Notice what has shifted. Notice what has grown. Notice the challenges you have moved through.
Notice the moments when you chose yourself.
Notice the ways you have shown up even when it wasn't easy.
So often we push toward the next goal, the next achievement, the next version of ourselves. But the full moon reminds us to pause long enough to witness what has already blossomed.
Take a moment now to silently acknowledge something you are proud of, something you have cultivated, a lesson learned, a boundary honored, a habit strengthened, a healing journey begun.
Allow yourself to receive the truth. You have grown, you have changed, and you have become someone different.
Now imagine the moonlight growing brighter. Its silver light fills the space around you. And within that light, anything no longer aligned begins to reveal itself to you.
Perhaps it's a belief, a fear, a story, a responsibility that no longer belongs to you, a version of yourself that you have outgrown. Without judgment, simply notice what is ready to be released.
You do not need to force anything, you do not need to analyze it, simply observe.
When you're ready, imagine placing it into the moonlight, offering it to the night sky, and releasing it from your grip.
Watch as the moonlight gently transforms it, dissolving it, softening it, returning it to the universe.
Take a slow breath in and as you exhale, fully let go.
Again breathing in trust, breathing out what is complete.
One more time, breathing in possibility, breathing out the past.
Now feel the space that has been created within you. Notice the openness, the lightness, the possibility.
This space is not empty, it is fertile and sacred. It's where your next chapter begins.
Imagine meeting your future self here beneath the moon. The version of you who trusts herself deeply, the version of you who moves with clarity, the version of you who no longer chases worthiness because she knows she already possesses it.
Notice how she stands, how she breathes, and notice the calm energy she carries.
Allow yourself to step closer, and as you do, ask her: what do I need to remember right now?
Pause and listen and trust whatever arises.
It may be a word, a feeling, an image, or perhaps simply a sense of knowing.
Imagine your future self placing a hand over your heart and reminding you, you do not become through force. You become through alignment. You become through small choices, self-trust, and consistency, through returning to yourself again and again.
Take a deep breath and allow those words to settle into your body.
As we begin to close, bring your awareness back to your heart center. Imagine a small golden light glowing there. This light represents everything you are carrying forward from this season. Your wisdom, your resilience, your growth, and your truth.
Silently repeat to yourself I honor how far I have come. I release what is complete.
I trust what is unfolding.
I welcome the next version of myself with an open heart.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Begin to notice the room around you, the surface beneath you, the sounds nearby. Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, and when you're ready, gently open your eyes. Carry this sense of clarity, trust, and possibility with you. The moon has illuminated the path.
Now all you need to do is take the next step.
