In a world that constantly encourages us to do more, achieve more, and move faster, it can be difficult to hear the quiet wisdom within us. In this guided meditation, you'll be invited to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your intuition.

Through gentle breathwork, visualization, and reflective prompts, you'll explore what is currently supporting your growth, what may no longer be aligned, and what your future self wants you to know right now.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving more clarity, this meditation offers a peaceful space to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself.

At the end of the episode, you'll also learn about the 21-Day Guided Meditation Challenge available inside Becoming Her, my private podcast community, where you'll find deeper practices designed to help you strengthen your intuition, reduce stress, and become the woman you're meant to be.

✨ Grab a quiet space, take a deep breath, and join me for this calming meditation experience.

Autumn G Noble (00:00)

Welcome to this guided meditation for slowing down and listening within. Today's meditation is an invitation to slow down, to step out of the noise, the pressure, the constant doing, and return to yourself.

So many of us move through life responding instead of listening. We rush from task to task, conversation to conversation, responsibility to responsibility until we can no longer hear our own inner voice.

And that voice, your intuition is always speaking.

Sometimes it whispers through exhaustion, sometimes through restlessness, sometimes through excitement, curiosity, or longing.

Today we're creating space to hear it again. So wherever you are, allow yourself to settle in. Find a comfortable position. Maybe you're seated, maybe you're lying down.

Let your hands rest naturally. Soften your jaw and relax your shoulders and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again inhale deeply and exhale letting the body begin to soften.

One more time a nourishing breath in and a slow breath out.

Now allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm. No forcing, no striving,

Just breathing.

Notice the surface beneath you supporting your body.

You do not have to hold everything right now. You do not have to solve everything right now. For these next few moments you are simply here.

Take a gentle pause here and begin to notice where your body may be holding tension.

Maybe in your forehead, your chest, your stomach, your shoulders, even your jaw. And instead of trying to change anything, simply notice.

Awareness itself can be healing.

Imagine your breath moving gently into those tight spaces, softening, opening, creating room.

Now imagine yourself stepping away from the noise of everyday life the emails, the expectations, the timelines, the pressure to constantly produce, decide, achieve, and prove.

See yourself walking down a quiet path. Maybe it's in nature, a forest trail, a beach at sunrise, a garden after the rain. Allow your mind to create a space that feels peaceful and safe.

As you walk this path, notice how your nervous system begins to settle. Your breath slows,

Your thoughts soften, and underneath all the noise there is wisdom.

Ahead of you is a quiet place to sit. Maybe it's a bench, a stone, a blanket beneath a tree. Sit down there for a moment.

And gently ask yourself, what is currently working in my life? Not what looks good from the outside,

Not what you think should be working, but what genuinely feels aligned, what brings peace? What gives energy? What feels nourishing, supportive, or meaningful?

Allow whatever comes forward to arise naturally. No judgment, no overthinking, just listening.

Now ask yourself another question. What is no longer working?

What feels heavy, forced, draining, disconnected from who you're becoming?

Maybe it's a habit, a relationship, a pace of life, a belief about yourself. You don't need to fix it right now. Simply acknowledge it.

Your intuition often becomes clearer the moment you stop arguing with what you already know.

Now imagine your future self sitting beside you. Not a perfect version of you, not someone who has it all figured out, but a grounded, centered, and aligned version of you. A version of you who trusts herself, who honors her energy, who moves through life with clarity and intention.

Notice how she feels calm, steady, open or confident.

Take a moment to simply sit beside her.

Now ask, what do I need more of right now?

And then ask, what do I need less of?

Trust whatever arises. Intuition rarely screams. It usually speaks quietly through feelings, sensations, knowing, and truth.

Now imagine your future self placing a hand over your heart and reminding you you are allowed to slow down. You are allowed to change direction. You are allowed to choose differently. You are allowed to listen to yourself.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Feel those words settle into your body.

Now begin bringing your awareness back to your breath, back to the room around you, back to this present moment.

Notice the surface beneath you again. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. And before we close, take one final deep breath in and let it go. When you're ready, gently open your eyes.

Thank you for spending this time with yourself today. If this meditation resonated with you and you're craving deeper support, reflection, and nervous system reset practices, I'd love to invite you into my private space, Becoming Her.
