Lady(ish): Where Wellness Gets Unfiltered
Welcome to Lady(ish)—the podcast where real talk meets whole-self transformation. Hosted by coach, healer, and wellness guide Autumn O’Hanlon, this unfiltered space is for women who want more out of life—but on their own terms.
Each week, we dive into the messy, beautiful, and often contradictory layers of wellness, covering everything from career shifts and body image to energy healing, intuitive living, fitness, burnout recovery, and creating change that actually sticks.
Whether you're chasing a new chapter, healing old wounds, or just trying to reconnect with yourself in a loud, overwhelming world—Lady(ish) is here to support your evolution. Expect honest conversations, coaching wisdom, holistic tools, spiritual insights, and permission to be a little bit of everything (and nothing you're not).
Because wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are you.

Daily shadow work, healing tools, and deep support all year long. This guided somatic practice supports Week 1 of the Love & Attachment Detox by helping you build a felt sense of internal safety—the foundation of secure attachment.
Before we can change how we show up in relationships, our nervous system needs to experience safety inside connection. In this short, grounding practice, you’ll be guided to slow the breath, soften the body, and gently regulate your nervous system through simple touch and rhythmic movement.
This exercise is designed to help you:
- Calm hypervigilance and emotional reactivity
- Build awareness of safety cues in the body
- Practice pausing before reacting in relationships
- Create a reliable internal anchor you can return to anytime
You’ll be invited to place one hand on your chest and one on your belly, use extended exhales to signal safety, and gently rock or sway to support regulation—all while reinforcing affirmations that remind your body it is allowed to feel safe in connection.
You don’t need to force relaxation or “do this right.” Simply showing up and noticing is enough.
This practice pairs beautifully with Week 1’s journaling prompts on attachment styles and emotional safety and can be revisited whenever relationships feel activating.
Listen in a quiet space if possible, and come back to this practice as often as your body needs.
