Welcome to this guided meditation for reclaiming your energy.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position. Take a deep breath in through your nose and release it slowly through your mouth. With each breath, let your body soften. Feel your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, your belly expand.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine, your root, and imagine a thread of light extending down through the floor, deep into the earth. Feel yourself grounded, supported, and connected.
Now imagine a gentle wave of light flowing down from above washing over you, through your head, shoulders, chest, arms, and all the way down to your feet. This light clears away any heaviness, any tension, any energy that isn't yours. Let it dissolve and flow back into the earth to be transmuted.
Place one hand over your heart, one over your solar plexus in your tummy. Feel the warmth beneath your palms.
Silently repeat to yourself, I release what is not mine. I reclaim my energy. I am whole and protected.
Now visualize a soft shimmering field of light expanding around you, a radiant aura of calm strength. See this light as porous yet strong. Love and inspiration flow freely in, but negativity and chaos are filtered out.
This is your energetic boundary, flexible, alive and self renewing.
With each breath, that field grows brighter. Notice how it feels to occupy your full energetic space, peaceful, grounded, centered. Rest here for a few moments, simply breathing, simply being.
When you're ready, bring your awareness back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Take one last deep breath in and gently open your eyes. You are grounded. You are protected. You are home in yourself. Namaste.
