Lady(ish): Where Wellness Gets Unfiltered
Welcome to Lady(ish)—the podcast where real talk meets whole-self transformation. Hosted by coach, healer, and wellness guide Autumn O’Hanlon, this unfiltered space is for women who want more out of life—but on their own terms.
Each week, we dive into the messy, beautiful, and often contradictory layers of wellness, covering everything from career shifts and body image to energy healing, intuitive living, fitness, burnout recovery, and creating change that actually sticks.
Whether you're chasing a new chapter, healing old wounds, or just trying to reconnect with yourself in a loud, overwhelming world—Lady(ish) is here to support your evolution. Expect honest conversations, coaching wisdom, holistic tools, spiritual insights, and permission to be a little bit of everything (and nothing you're not).
Because wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are you.

Welcome to this five minute guided meditation for reconnecting with nature and letting go.
Take a moment to get comfortable, whether you're sitting, lying down, or standing somewhere quiet. If you can, let your body make contact with the ground beneath you, your feet, your seat, your spine. Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.
and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's take two more together. Inhale, filling your lungs with calm, grounding energy.
and exhale releasing anything heavy or tense.
Allow yourself to fully arrive here in this moment.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you, solid, steady, alive. Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet or the base of your spine, reaching deep into the soil.
With every breath, those roots grow deeper, anchoring you into the earth, into stability, and into peace.
Now imagine the earth's quiet hum beneath you, a low steady vibration of life.
Let that energy rise through your roots, moving up into your legs, your hips, your spine. It fills your heart, your chest, your mind.
grounded, supported, home.
Now picture yourself in a forest in the fall.
The air is crisp, the sunlight filters through branches of golden leaves. You hear the soft rustle of wind through the trees and the quiet crunch of earth beneath your feet.
Smell the richness of soil and fallen leaves. Feel the cool air on your skin.
Everything around you is in transition. The trees letting go of what they no longer need. Fall is the earth's gentle reminder that change can be beautiful.
As you breathe in, imagine drawing in renewal. Clean, fresh air, full of possibility.
As you breathe out, imagine releasing something you've been holding on to. Tension, old habits, the need to keep pushing.
Whisper gently to yourself, I release what no longer serves me.
Let it fall away like leaves drifting from a branch, effortless, natural, inevitable.
Each exhale brings you closer to lightness. Each inhale reconnects you with your own natural rhythm.
Bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly.
Feel your breath moving through you, steady, grounded, alive.
Silently repeat, I am connected. I am supported. I am part of nature's rhythm.
Take one final deep breath in.
and a long cleansing exhale.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes. Notice how you feel calmer, clearer, a little more at peace. Carry that sense of connection with you throughout your day. Remember, letting go isn't loss. It's how we make space for what's next. Namaste.
